ILLNESS OF A CHILD
Each child upon arrival will have a casual, yet observant inspection as to his/her health. For protection of other children and staff no children should be attending Daycare or can be sent home if they have the following:
1. Fever (101.5 or over) |
6. If the child is not able to participate in the daily program due to illness |
2. Inflammation of eyes (pink eye etc.) |
7. Diarrhea (2 times) |
3. Vomiting |
8. Unidentified Rash |
4. Stomach Ache/Head Ache |
9. Severe Cold |
5. Any communicable disease |
10. Pediculosis (Head Lice) |
If the child becomes ill during the day, he/she will be placed apart from the other children in an isolated area in the office. The parent or authorized person will be notified and the child is to be taken home immediately.
It is highly suggested that you have a back up care person, in case your child should become ill.
EXCLUSION

Diarrhea |
